Shimmery Starfish

Hey everyone! To celebrate the first day of Autumn I thought it would be appropriate to share some summery nails... right? In reality I completely forgot I hadn't posted these yet, there not as complicated as I'd prefer them to be so I've put off posting them for ages and now it's getting a bit late in the year. Not that I've ever let the seasons put me off posting pastels in winter, who sets the rules anyway?

The base for these is from the Barry M - Frosted Cupcakes collection* and is called Blue Velvet, I couldn't resist doing some nail art with it as it's totally stunning. The problem is because I did the nails so long ago I'm not sure what the pink is, it may be Barry M - Festival Fever but I'm not 100%. It's definitely Barry M though. I hand painted the stars (hence the wonkiness) and then I added a coat of Seche Vite to seal in the design.
