Glitter Pumpkins

Happy Halloween everyone! I hope you've all had a fun day dressing up. My work dressed up on Friday instead as Monday is a super busy day and we wouldn't have had time to play any Halloween games, so I didn't actually dress up today. But on Friday I was Wednesday Addams, which makes a chance from my usual cat outfit that I do every year! I of course had to post some nails on Halloween, and whilst they are more autumnal than scary, I hope you still like them!

I used 2 thin coats of Pink Gellac - Bronzed Nude* as my base, then I used 1 thin coat of Pink Gellac - Golden Glam* for the glitter topper, it's very opaque so I didn't need to do any placement of the glittter. Then I added a coat of Pink Gellac topcoat, cured and cleansed and then painted the design on top. The pumpkins are OPI - Freedom of Peach*, OPI - Is Mai Tai Crooked? and OPI - Suzi The First Lady of Nails*. I finished with a coat of Seche Vite as I wasn't keeping the design on for long, otherwise I would have used another coat of Pink Gellac.

Here's a solo shot of the stunning combination of Pink Gellac glitters. I did this on my friend without the pumpkins but I knew I wanted to recreate them on my own nails with a design as the colours go so well together. These are from the Pink Gellac - Uncovered2 collection*.
