Hey everyone! I'm a little late with this week's seven deadly sins post, I dont really have any excuse for that except that I forgot to edit the pictures last night and then it was too late, so sorry about that! This week's prompt was 'go wild and use your most expensive and precious polish'. I dont own many expensive polishes because I have a £3 maximum spend (the student life is super fun) but I did recently recieve these awesome Clinique polishes, as you saw here, which retails for £12 (I also have another few Clinique polishes to show you soon!) and last winter when I saw China Glaze 'Glistening Snow' I had to splurge a massive £6 (!!!) to buy it straight away, so I thought I'd mix the two together, along with my always-expensive top coat: Seche Vite.
What do you think? Let me know in the comments!

I'm the exact same, I'm such a cheapskate when it comes to polish, £5 is too expensive for me. Love this look by the way :D
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty! It makes me want to run out and buy the China Glaze one.
ReplyDeleteI am also pretty cheap but that does look fabulous I have yet to pull off a glitter gradient but im gonna do it one day
ReplyDeleteIt reminds me of a beautiful calm winter....they're very pretty.
ReplyDeleteCute
ReplyDeleteBeautiful combination!
ReplyDeleteLove the contrast between the delicacy of your mani and the roughness of the sin ;) haha - but your logic is superb! I also sometimes feel guilty when splurging on a really expensive polish! Love how you interpret this one and the mani came out truly delightful! :D
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, simple and clean but so pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery, very nice. I wish to recreate that design of yours:)
ReplyDeleteHey, just wanted to share a little money-saving gem with you. If you go on ebay, you can get a big salon size Seche Vite for about £22. Sounds pricey, but you get 9 regular bottles worth, so it works out at £2.44 per bottle. Just make sure the lid is always really tight on the refill bottle, and you're golden. ps, love the nails, such a classy looking design : )
ReplyDeleteThis is so pretty! I love it! I am the same with buying nail polishes, I've never bought one over £5 :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love that you don't use expensive polishes yet consistently you have some of the best nail looks I've seen on any nail blog. This is no exception, gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThis is so nice and subtle but sparkly too!
ReplyDeletei absolutely love these!
ReplyDeleteLove! How do u get your cuticles looking so healthy?
